OT: iDVD: I created a project with PAL but I want NTSC
by Mr Davis on Sep 23, 2005 at 1:43:17 pm

Hello,

I created a DVD (of my wedding). It's all slideshows but it took a long time to create... music, transitions for each sub-menu and photo order...

After I burned a few I realized I had it set to PAL (because the last project I did was for a friend in Europe)...

But I want these DVDs for my USA relatives...

So what should I do?

I can't just switch the PAL to NTSC and re-burn? I have to create a new project? But how can I get all my work into that? I really dont want to have to redo the entire thing. Thats seems stupid...

Also, how can I tell what format a DVD is? I tried GET INFO on the DVD icon in the finder and all I see is UNIVERSAL DISC FORMAT but I dont think that has anything to do with PAL or NTSC.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thank you.
