Exporting markers for Logic Pro?

A quick question as I'm sure I could be working smarter and making it easier for somebody who is helping me for free.
I have somebody who is doing some music for a documentary. He is using Logic Pro 6. I export 10 minute clips from FCP HD to mp4 and give these to him on a cd. He makes music to go with the clip in Logic and passes back an aiff file that I then import into the fcp timeline after converting to 48Khz.
Is there any semi automatic way to put markers on the start of every new clip in FCP HD and have them export to mp4? Or should I be exporting to a different file format?
I'd like to make it as easy as possible for him so wondering if there is a better way.
Cheers, Darrin
