Anette OlsenReplacing AVCHD with Prores without reimporting

I just logged and transferred a bunch of AVCHD-files fra my SDcart into FCP and forgot to chose Apple ProRes 422 in the Import Preferences window.
Can I replace those files without reimporting?

And if yes, how to do?
