Scott Gleeson BlueJudder issue with motion splitscreens

Decided in post to develop a series of split screens encasing talking heads that move horizontally right to left -- scrolling all the way across...shot in 24 fps (Canon 5d)...compressed to ProRes 422 (HQ)...at the speed I need them to move, there is judder.

Is there a filter or fix for this?
