create multiple exports from a single FCP timeline

I have a large project of 3000 video files in 40 timelines. Each timeline consists of 75 short 3 to 4 second cuts that I would like to export as individual .mov's and .aiff's. I want to know if there is a plug-in or programming trick to set in and out points or markers for each clip and then automatically export all at one time. Otherwise I will have to set each clips In and Out and then go through the export process individually for each clip (cut).
