And what is on your time-line, just one track of raw footage without any kind of filter or motion effects that needs no rendering?
The "Slow disk" warn includes also the System disk, so that might be the one that is not running fast enough.

PS: Personally, I would uncheck the "Warn next time" and forget about a frame dropped every few minutes.
