Clipwrap .MTS to .MOV

Hi -
I (stupidly) forgot to preserve my folder structure when dumping my files from my Lumix GH2 onto my external drive.
Now, I'm stuck with the problem of converting the files to work with FCP 6.
I have Clipwrap, and have converted using ProRes 422HQ -- but it looks like there is a loss in quality compared to the original .MTS. Am I just seeing things or is this the case? After conversion, I see more grain -- that is the biggest difference.
Any thoughts? And any ideas on better .MTS to .MOV conversion?
Thank you!
