You are in luck. Open up Motion and go to the Library tab. Choose LiveFonts, Bar. And you have gold bar text that even has a shine. If you have never used Motion before, you can bring a Motion project into FCP just like you would a clip...that way you don't have to export out a bunch of movies. Best of luck.
