Making a shot steady

I have a couple shots which I have applied the smoothcam filter but with certain shots I have a issue of sudden vibrations as it tried to smooth out some footsteps. I have also tried Lock & Load as well as motion but I still get the same issue> it actually makes a couple shots worse.

Are there any other programs/plug ins that can help smooth a shot a bit without giving that vibration look?
