[David Neumann] "I made .mov files using Apple ProRes 422 - still at 25fps."

Was the footage originally progressive or interlaced?

[David Neumann] "Did my export to Apple ProRes constitute a 'conversion'? "

Sorry, no: it does not.

[David Neumann] "Will I run into trouble when I print to tape? Will I run into trouble if delivery is movie file."

Yes and yes.

[David Neumann] "Do I need to convert to NTSC frame rate using Nattress or bring to facility?"

If you have Nattress, give it a shot. You can also get the tryout version of Re:Vision's Twixtor frame rate conversion software.
