M2T Plug in for FCP 6

Hey everyone, i recently created an account with the Sony Professional site in order to download the free sony ex1 "log & transfer" plug in for FCP 6 and had no problem at all. Now when i try and log on to the same sony site using the same username and password it tells me that the account doesn't exist in their database. If i try and create a new account it tells me that a "technical error occurred and to try again later. i've also tried to do a password recovery and when i put in my email it again tells me it doesn't exist in their database...i've tried over the last three days and had no success..i really need the M2T plug in and need to know if theres any other way of downloading it from somewhere other than the sony professional site??
