All is fair in love and war. If that's the terms, then that's the terms (although I'd be skeptical is that is truly the arrangement). It would be a bit of a coup if Avid was "allowed" to present at all at such a "sanctioned" event. Like it or not, we work in show business and schedules change. Quickly.

I agree with Mr. Heagy. It does take two to tango so I wouldn't feel too bad for the organizers.
