In compressor use find "Apple Prores for Progressive material" (non-HQ)

Other Workflows -> Advanced Format Conversions -> Apple Codecs -> Apple Prores for Progressive material

By default it will set the export display bounds and frame rate to that of the source material so nothing to change here unless you want to change the video settings from"current" to 29.97.

As Rafael suggests you my find changing the frame rate using Cinema tools better.
