OT: Excellent BitVice Article

The article explains how to use BitVice to convert a PAL QT to NTSC mpeg-2. It also goes into detail about how 23.976 mpeg-2s are used in the 29.97 world of DVDs and how audio speed is dealt with. Kudos to Kent Olsson.
