Mine have been occurring with multiple layers of Motion files on top of ProRes422 1080i60 video. Its a commercial for a big client. Outputting it has been somewhat of a nightmare. My only option is to completely forego the Share function and do a standard Quicktime output then compress for web in Compressor.
