A.S.A.P. - Sound Wave Video Filter

Hey Gang,
I have a commercial that I am working on that the client would like to see an video effect of sound wave on a fishing lure. Is there a filter set somewhere that would have this?
I've used Motion to create an effect BUT when I try to track the motion to the bait the sound waves wobble badly. I need the whole effect to follow with the bait blade.
Any ideas? HELP!
