They can't please all the people all the time Itamar ... for the vast majority this is either a good thing or a couldn't care less either way thing, only a very few would find it a bad thing. You're right tho, a simple user preference to "Warn before applying multiple transitions" would seem to be a reasonable option to have, but Apple have always tended toward a minimal interaction through user preferences approach in order to strike a balance between function and simplicity. For what its worth I've always wished that they would offer a Simple and Advanced mode for the User Preferences, with Simple being what is currently offered and Advanced being offering a much much deeper level of customization of both interface and operation ... and the only reason I mention this is in the bizarre hope that a wandering pair of Apple ProAppDev eyes will alight on my thoughts on the subject and run with it. (Go on, you know you want to...)
