Thank you Gary. These are nice tidbits of wisdom, and make total sense.

I am having a little trouble conforming my footage in Cinema Tools. It doesn't seem to be able to reconform the XDCAM clips. Can anyone confirm that XDCAM 25fps cannot be conformed to 24.0fps in CT?

My colleagues on the film really appreciate your help guys. The Cow Rocks!
