Hi Wendy,
Export with QT Conversion, or better with Compressor.
Try H264.
Reduce the size to 640x 360.
Key Frameas: Automatic
Set Limit data rate 400 Kbps.
Field Reorder. Double pass.
Set the audio AAC 96Kbps.
