Strange green edge in exported web movies from Compressor

I'm exporting web movies through Compressor, Using FCP 7, on a brand new suped up Mac Pro and the Quicktime mov files (made for the web) have this strange green edge that only appears on the right side.

What gives?

Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to stop it?
