Does this work for seeing the thumbnails when you choose import of XDCAM instead of Log & Transfer?

When I had tried the latest XDcam Transfer 2.10 I got an error on every thumbnail that came up. I went back to 2.5.1 and still don't see the thumbnails but at least don't get error messages on every clip.
