Good for you!!!

I'll tell ya one thing Peter, there is almost no satisfaction as great as putting your foot down and forcing a company to become accountable when they are doing everything they can to shirk accountability.

The only thing more satisfying is dealing with companies like AJA and CalDigit who actually go so far out of their way for their customers that they achieve a level of service I can only refer to as customer service and satisfaction on steroids.
