FCP to Digibeta for theatrical projection

Hi All,
I'd appreciate advice on the following:

I edited a film in FCP (shot on Sony EX1 at 1920x1080 25p ) and output to ProRes 422 HQ.
We now need to record it to Digibeta PAL for theatrical screening in Holland. We have to do it via Avid because that's what the deck is connected to. We've done one tape, but it's a mess - interlaced type scan lines, jitter, etc.

What's the best 'recipe' (if anything) for getting the highest quality image out of this combo?
