Yes there is.
In the browser view scroll to the Angle column or make it visible by crtl-click one of the table column titles.
Enter an angle 1,2,3... for any single clip which needs an angle - if needed. Select all the the clips you want to assign an angle to and crtl-click the angle entry of any of those. From the popup select the angle. That's it.
