Ty,
Color has some nifty effects that allow you to blur part of the image. My experience is that it's incredibly difficult to pull this off. It doesn't really look like a lense's shallow focus - It always looks like an effect. If you haven't used Color yet, I highly recommend trying it out, it's quite amazing. It is daunting at first though.
