E0S 5D Mark II files in FCS2
by Winston A. Cely on Aug 25, 2009 at 5:19:41 pm

Hi All,

I've got a project coming up where I'll be using the files from a Cannon EOS 5D Mark II (1080p30). I've been told that there were problems with the files the camera creates when used in Final Cut Studio 2, but the problems were resolved in the latest Studio update. I've got a ton of invoices out, but no one is paying so I'm so I'm still using Studio 2 (FCP 6.0.6, Motion 3.0.2, etc). Has anyone here used these files or know of a place that I should go to get the low down? Any info or links you can throw my way would be greatly appreciated!

Below is the only link I could find on these threads to this camera:

I also checked the FAQ before I posted. Thanks!
