QuickTime automated file verification

Does anyone know a good tool to analyze ProRes QT files for any of the following:

Tape hits
Audio glitches
Audio sync
Flag blacks longer than :05
Audio tracks blank
etc
etc

I'm looking to automate some of the QC process. Originally checked out Inlet Semaphore but they don't handle ProRes well.
