OMG, I've been dealing with this problem for about the past month - something got messed up when I imported something. Not sure how that setting got changed, but I assumed it was just the file I was working with. Tonight I opened a new project and same thing! I'm glad I came on here to see what I could do (troubleshooting on my own was less than productive because I started getting really mad!)
