Victoria,
So what is your plan, to eyeball match every cut in the online? I don't see any other way you're going to online this. Even if you were working in just one standard, there is no way to manage the project from a DVD based video file in a way that will make an online "go smoothly." And, the fact that you're cutting a file from an NTSC DVD and mastering with PAL sources just makes the whole thing that much more complicated.
Or, am I missing something?
