Export QT movie to Adobe premier?
by

I have part of a project I'm trying to pass from FCP to Premier. When I exported the QT movie uncompressed with HDV codec (I have footage from a canon a1 xh), the person I passed it to cannot view/import the .movs on his pc.
I tried exporting the .mov as an animation but the file size is much too big. Does anyone have any better suggestions as to how to get this project from FCP to Premier with minimal to no quality loss with a reasonable file size?
Thanks.
