From 720p to 4:3 letterbox on miniDV... using HVX as deck

Hi all,
I've poked around previous threads, hoping my issue would be common. But there are a few factors at play on what I'm trying to do so I couldn't find a thorough answer. Here it is...
1) I'm working on a project that I shot and edited all @ 720P/24P (on FCP 6).
2) I need to print this to miniDV and it needs to be NTSC 4:3 letterbox.
I'm sure I could take this to a post house and pay to have it done, but I'd like to do it with the equipment I have.
I have a MacBookPro (aka no fancy cards), FCP 6, and an HVX200 camera. Can I arrange things to print to video from my laptop, using the HVX as a deck?
Any help on this one appreciated greatly.
