Final Cut Pro Capture Issues
by

Hi CreativeCow forums,
Im a first time poster so forgive me if I sound foolish. But here's my question. My problem is that all of a sudden when I attempt to capture from my HD camera the playback on the camera just stops after maybe 30 seconds and final cut starts processing the clips. I dont know why it wont let my cam continue to play. This has not always happened and has seemed to have started to occur about 2 weeks ago. For some reason the program cannot capture more than 30 seconds of footage at a time, sometimes less. I run FCP Version 5.0.4 on an IbookG4 and film with a Sony HDR-HC9 Hi-def video camera that captures onto DV.
