Dear Gary
This is a late question, but when would one need SD 25p to HD 25p? These days?
However, the point is worth mentioning, that even if you don't need that workflow, I often need to convert HD 1080i to HD1080p. Which the teranex clearly can't do.
What would you recommend as the next best solution?
