Hey guys, we at CalDigit have developed a little comparison chart to show you all the features found in the CalDigit VR.
Comparison chart
As far as RAID 1 and video, yes you are wasting a lot space and performance for that back up. However if you really need some mission critical at least you know you are safe. But that is the beauty of the CalDigit VR, you can use it in RAID 0 or RAID 1.
