Edit to Tape via FW HDV
by Scott Sniffen on Oct 30, 2008 at 3:35:48 am

I have a sequence which is XDCAM. Trying to print/edit via Firewire to a Sony HDV deck (U-15). When I try, I get an error saying sequence is not fit for HDV or something of that nature. Is it possible to print back to an HDV deck even though the sequence is all XDCAM? I did get it to execute and I was able to view it on the desktop but nothing printed to tape.

Thanks,
Scott Sniffen
