They're annoying as heck. I've used them in the Apple Store and could not imagine trying to actually use one for work. All I could see was myself looking back down at the screen, the surroundings behind me, the lights on the ceiling and the people walking by.

The glossy screen is terrible to work with. So you can count me as one person who is bothered by the glossy screen who has actually used them on multiple occasions.
