Probably not a solution. Reloading FCP rarely cures anything but you can always trash your most recent QT receipts and force those updates to reload form apple's software update system.
You've got to figure out if the rendered QT file is the problem or if it's the machine or the display on the machine. If it's the QT file itself, an up and down, one-pixel shake should be visible as a field problem if you show your canvas at 800%.
