Typically titling is done after you uprez. So you will need to capture the newly upconverted footage...most likely 10-bit uncompressed...and you will need a pretty serious RAID for this. Then if your titles were made with the FCP title generator or Boris title 3D...the FCP titlers, then coping and pasting them to the new sequence should then make them that resolution. Because FCP's titlers don't make them media. Any graphics you have will have to be redone as HD.
