Hotkey for RENAME

Amazingly, there's no default hotkey for RENAME, in the configs I use (supplied from NewTek as one of the defaults).

Mapping the ALT-R key, an unassigned key, to RENAME can really speed up the process of naming a multi-bone chain.

Remember YOU can re-assign ANY hotkey layout for your own convenience.
