paste opposite

I want to paste keys from the left arm to the right arm without having to make heading and banking negative (in Lightwave). Is there an easy way to do so. I wanted to flip the pivot points from the right arm but i can only rotate it.
I know that in Character Studio (3dMax)there was as button "paste opposite). I'm looking for something similar in Lightwave but I can't find it.
