The magic Live Type when exported through compressor to DVD sp

This is a new one on me...I've been using LT since the begining and have never had this problem. As a matter of fact, I outputed the file last week for client review and everything was fine. We made a few minor changes and here we are!
The sequence runs perfect in FCP and when you output it to QT or FLV it's fine but running it through compressor to make mpeg2's for DVD makes some of the type become a box. Each time you recompress the box (type) changes. Help!!! Theres about 70 LT files in the seq and a deadline looms.
