No I have not. Contrary to much of the advice given on the Cow, I have always done the "upgrade" install (versus completely wipe system drive and do a clean install) with all the FCP and the Apple OS upgrades I have ever used and have never had any problems at all. Go for it! Let me know if it works for you.
