Hey

I have two urgent questions which I need help in:-

1. I have been asked to convert a MOV to a mpeg 2
now the program I normally use is Sorenson Squeeze and Final Cut Studio Compressor ---
but I normally use Squeeze to do mainly mpeg One CONVERSIONS

I am not sure how to do a mpeg 2 conversion

here are the requirements:-

format: mpeg 2
width : 720
height: 480
crop to center: - 1.333:1
Padding: None
frame rate: 30 FPS
Aspect Ratio: 4:3
field dominance: automatic
average daTA RATE: 5 (MBPS)
MAXIMUM DATA RATE: 7.5 (MBPS)

Could you tell me the steps I would need to do --- to do something like this

2. I have a video (quicktime mov) which is a Pal format: 720 x 576
they have asked me to give it in a ntsc format -- both as 4:3 and 16:9
in NTSC format.
how would i do this if I was to export it as a quicktime movie ---
please help
what settings would I set to make it in a ntsc format

Cheers
