Copy Multiple Folders WITHOUT content, just directory structure.

I have a lot of folders within sub folders withing sub folders. I want to back these folders on the drive. It is a drive full of 3D files and their respective render files, I don't need the renders, I just need the scripts and program files within each folder. Is there a way to make a copy of the folder names and directory structure, then just copy the scripts and program files I need?
Thanks..
