Again I say boot from the other drive, its much easier to do that, PLUS it will narrow it down to hard ware or software.

Just pulling hardware out does no good at all if you dont know for sure it is hardware.

There are no "technical solutions" to your "artistic problems".
Don't let technology get in the way of your creativity!
