Boot from the old boot drive, if the issue continues then it is definitely hardware, in which case remove each new piece of hardware one at a time and see if the issue ends

If the issue does not continue when booted from the old boot drive then it is probably a bad install of the OS or some other piece of software.

There are no "technical solutions" to your "artistic problems".
Don't let technology get in the way of your creativity!
