Motion Graphics Designer Needed in Washington DC

MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER needed to complete broadcast-ready graphics and titles. Design aesthetic, fonts and overall look are set, but package must be massaged for broadcast. At least 3-5 years of professional experience executing broadcast graphics required. MUST be highly skilled at Photoshop, After Effects and various plug-ins. Need a finisher, not a starter. Please no beginners. Preferably seeking a full-time freelancer based in DC Area with sufficient access to necessary equipment. Project duration: 2-weeks asap; $5,000.
