Title: Video/Multimedia Specialist


Key Role/Position Description

Candidate will be responsible for developing media productions, including video, audio, and motion media. He/she will produce end-to-end video and multimedia programs and will participate at all stages of the development. This will include collaboration with teams, project managers and clients to produce final products. The candidate will use their creativity to design and produce visually interesting and compelling media. Tasks would include creating motion graphics, editing video, shooting video, recording audio, editing audio, storyboarding and creating interactive programs. Experience with professional video cameras is preferred. A high level of creativity and an interest in and willingness to learn a wide variety of media skills is desired.


Basic Qualifications

- 1 - 3 years of experience with Adobe After Effects.
- 1 - 3 years of experience with Avid, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
- BA or BS Degree.
- Energetic self starter with the ability to communicate creatively.


Additional Qualifications

-Experience with shooting video using professional cameras is highly desirable.
-Interest in and a willingness to learn a wide range of video and multimedia areas is highly desirable.
-Ability to work both independently and in team environment depending on the project is highly desirable.

-Experience with studio and location video production desirable.
-Experience with developing DVDs, Streaming Media and Multimedia CD-ROMs desirable.
-Experience with recording and editing audio desirable.

-Ability to work directly with clients to define the goals of a program and lead projects is a plus.
-Experience with developing video and multimedia projects end to end is a plus.
-Ability to develop estimates is a plus.
-Ability to write scripts and develop storyboards is a plus.
-Fine Arts ability is a plus.
-Ability to interface directly with clients is a plus.
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Encore, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Director, Sony Vegas, Sony Sound Forge, Apple DVD Studio Pro, Autodesk 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, Newtek Lightwave, Autodesk Combustion is a plus.
