Shooter, Editor Needed in Boise Area

Peppershock Media Productions in Boise, ID is in need of a shooter/editor. We are an independent ad agency with in-house production and we're growing tremendously.
The perfect candidate will know everything...in the perfect world.
But we're willing to take someone that is proficient at shooting with a professional 3CCD broadcast camera and some sort of professional NLE.
We're almost strictly digital in everything we do, so knowledge of Adobe products such as After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Encore are all a must. Macromedia products are used throughout our productions as well, but training is available.
The person we're looking for needs to be self-sufficient, motivated and very creative...a Jack of All Trades if you will.
Demo reels are required and pay is negotiable...don't worry, we'll make sure you're taken care of.
