Help! Twixtor plugin not registering in FCP 6.0.4 Effects Tab

Help! Twixtor plugin not registering in FCP 6.0.4 Effects Tab

I installed Twixtor 4.56 Pro for Intel Based OSX and FCP on my Macbook Pro, repaired all permissions, restarted my system, made sure the plugins were found in /Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro System Support/Plugins but it still does not register in FCP's effects tab. I have even tried copying the plugin files into the Plug-Ins folder inside the FCP application package, nothing has worked.

Help!
